Fine grinding wheels (Diamond- and CBN-grinding wheels)


Flat grinding wheels stand out due to very high abrasion and achieving very high acurrancy regarding roughness, flatness and plane parallelism.

By using diamond and CBN grinding wheels, processing of hard materials, like ceramics or hard metal is no problem. In Addition there`s no need for loose grain in the form of suspensions any more, because the grain is already inserted in the wheels. This grain can be bound with resind bond, ceramics or metal. Low process forces and minor workpiece deformation are further advantages of surface processing with flat grinding wheels.

The only disadvantage is the fact, that the wheel becomes blunt with time. This can be fixed very fast by conditioning the wheel with conventional grinding medium.



According to the requirements we offer you a suitable wheel type (segmented or with round/hexagonal pellets).
